Wish all of you and your family members a very Happy New Year. I also welcome you all on the blog. During last election also I tried to use this as an informal channel to post some informations, thoughts, some draft procedures, some suggestions, some opinions some informal advices,etc. etc. Through feedbacks, comments etc. from your side we improved them before making them final or before implementing them.
Since almost one phase of SRER is over and we would be proceeding towards EPIC campaign, continuos updation, nation voters day, election perse.... I would request all of you to personally visit at least twice this blog everyday.. and share your comments, feedback etc freely and informally.
This blocg is not only for elkection but any matter between you and me , between all of you as an officer, as a person and as part of a team and as family members.

ReplyDeleteHappy new year to u and all the followers ,regarding election there are certain views of mine which are as follows
1.If we can collect the road map and road register etc which has been sent to Riddhi for GPS mapping where almost all the minute details has been shown and if we can capture all the polling stations photographs there the observer can be able to seen all the things sitting in your chamber.
2. When we will go to capture the photo we can take the front view, ramp view, approach road view, condition of tube well,condition of kitchen shed,condition of toilet .
3.If we have the photo of those things we can assess the Mid day Meal, TSC, CHCMI, SSM, Election fund for this can be provided from any of those.In my block when i sit with the HM of school I see all of those in my laptop.
4.In the last year election BDO Suti II (Dr. Anup Datta) prepared a very good presentation with hyperlinking the photo with P.S details.
5. AI/SI of school can be given the responsibility from DPO SSM for this so that CMDM monitoring can be done simultaniously.
6.If we can prepare any training material in vernacular and well ahead and can be mailed to the all concerned for any comment or supplementation so that the material can be used properly.
7. We can start preparing ac wise map in autocad as well as part wise map in autocad .This will take time so we can start right now but first we have to collect the map which has been taken by Riddhi for GPS from Zilla Parishad in the last year in sept/oct
